Process

How a sign gets from an idea to your façade.

Every project moves through the same six checkpoints. You always know what's happening and what comes next.

01

Discovery call

A 20-minute call to understand the business, the location, and roughly what you'd like to spend. No pressure.

02

Site visit

David or Sarah drives out, measures the façade, photographs the elevations, and checks the town's sign ordinance for setbacks and size limits.

03

Design

We send back a to-scale rendering placed onto a real photograph of your storefront — so you can see exactly how it will look.

04

Permits

We handle the municipal paperwork: application, drawings sealed by our engineer when required, and follow-up with the building department.

05

Fabrication

Cut, bent, welded, painted, wired and quality-checked at the Stonepot Road shop. Photos of each milestone are texted to you.

06

Installation

Our crew installs on a mutually scheduled day, usually finishes inside eight hours, and cleans the site before we leave.
