Terms of Service

Last updated: January 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of jledsigns.com and any services you engage Jameson LED Signs Co. to perform. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

The website is operated by Jameson LED Signs Co., a sole proprietorship owned by Garth Jameson, located at 739 Locust View Drive, Novato, CA 94949.

2. Use of the website

You may browse and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to scrape its content beyond what is allowed by our robots.txt file.

3. Intellectual property

All photographs, sign designs, copy and graphics on this site are © Jameson LED Signs Co. unless otherwise marked. You may not reproduce or republish them without written permission.

4. Quotes and estimates

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Verbal estimates are non-binding. Prices may change if site conditions, materials or scope change after a quote is issued; any such change will be discussed before work proceeds.

5. Deposits and payment

Custom-fabricated signs typically require a 50% deposit before fabrication begins and the balance on installation. Maintenance and small projects are invoiced on completion, net 15. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for five (5) years from installation and the electronic components we supply for two (2) years. Warranty service is free of charge for the warranty period; service after that is provided at cost. Warranty does not cover damage from storms, vandalism, vehicle impact or third-party tampering.

7. Permits and approvals

Where we file permits on a customer's behalf, the customer remains responsible for ensuring the sign complies with their lease, HOA rules and landlord approvals. We are not liable for changes a city or HOA imposes after fabrication begins.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in Marin County, California.
